Sara Allain

I am a business & product analyst on the Implementation Services Team, focused primarily on the development of new digital preservation systems. Since joining Artefactual in 2016, I have worked with both Archivematica and AtoM in a variety of ways: writing documentation, migrating data, delivering training, testing software, and directly helping users make the most of their systems. Prior to working at Artefactual, I worked as both an archivist and librarian in university libraries.

I live and work in New Westminster, British Columbia, which is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem speaking peoples, including the territories of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Kwikwetlem, Musqueam, and Qayqayt First Nations. I respect the land that I am on today and the people who have and do reside here and give thanks for their continued stewardship of these lands and waters.
